Founders
Founders Larkin O'Shea and Chanley Ritter bring distinct yet complementary strengths, his in vision, origination, and relationships, hers in execution and operations, that let MBC pursue every place with both conviction and discipline.
A Nashville native, Larkin spent two years at Lee & Associates before joining Fillmore Commercial Partners as Vice President, where he focuses on capital markets, retail, site selection, land acquisition, and ground-up development, on deals ranging from single retail sites to master-planned communities across Tennessee.
An Auburn University graduate, Chanley began at Summit Commercial Real Estate before joining Lee & Associates in Nashville, where she and Larkin first worked together. There she specialized in industrial landlord and tenant representation and played a key role in more than one million square feet of leasing over two years.
Years of negotiating on behalf of others taught them what tenants, buyers, and communities actually want. That is the foundation of how MBC invests today.
